The Screw Machine products, where the company has build it's foundation from, are used as a benchmark for quality in the screw machine products industry.  The extensive preventive maintenance program drives the unparalleled level of quality of parts produced.

The Cold Forming products division has complimented Focus's rivet and fastener manufacturing capabilities.  Our design and manufacturing engineers are integral in providing solutions to complex and unique products traditionally not feasible for the cold forming products.

The Thread Rolling products division comprises of several inline high-speed flat die thread rollers.  This process yields increased torque values for the thread.  Process and manufacturing engineers work closely together to establish a system of zero defects manufacturing.

The CNC capabilities include the following:  CNC Lathe, CNC Swiss Lathe and CNC Machining Centres.  The CNC manufacturing environment is dedicated for precision machined parts.  The CNC's programming and tooling setup allow for rapid turn around on even the most complex jobs.
